Recently, I do not know what happen to me…. I'm a bit "run fire" liao. When there is a glass of water in my hand, I just feel that I would splash it on some one , while there is a knife in my hand , I just feel  that I would stab in on some one ….. 

 Oh Shit ! What happen to me ? Maybe have drink lots of nescafe or eat lots of meat ? I think is better for me to take a big rest, drink "Vitagen" and listen to soft music to cool down…..

May not going home town this week as family will come over this weekend.
