It was 21st September 2008 , Sunday night , when I was having my first night shift on SunTech , level 18 . I was given a tenant card by the guard who was working, numbered, 173 ( 一起上）.

My first experience working in the new office was “cold”. It was raining and windy, where I heard the wind was whistling loudly and clearly all the night.

Well, new office…new working place, still not so “familiar” with the environment. Life likes that … have to change from time to time , getting out from the “comfort zone” where we used to be familiar with , comforting the “uncomfortable zone”.

Emotion Vent Bayan Baru, Suntech Penang

My principle as a shift worker is simple, passing a “nice shift” for the next shift colleagues. “Nice shift” means there are less issues , most of the issues have been attended to and the next shift start works on the new coming in issues.

Well , I wish other shift colleagues to do the same… NAIVE !  Still believe in my belief to change others ?  I don’t know this can be …..  What can be done ? No choice,

1. Get to be stronger and tougher, may be replacing others responsibilities and roles, silently…

2. Building stronger wings, to fly to a higher sky .
