HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish — fish oil helps prevent headaches.
So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.
HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.
TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea.. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading….Green tea is great for our immune system)!

September 16 is the date when the states of the island of Borneo (Sabah and Sarawak) joined the other peninsular states whose independence from Britain is celebrated on August 31.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state government would definitely make Sept 16 a public holiday, start from next year. Yeah

This incident happened recently in North Texas . A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke which she put into the refrigerator of the boat. On Monday she was taken to the hospital and placed in ICU. She died on Wednesday.
The autopsy concluded she died of Leptospirosis. This was traced to the can of coke she drank from without using a glass. Tests showed that the can was infected by dried rat …

Yeah , lets go claim your rebate .
Pos Malaysia Berhad executive director Datuk Abu Huraira Abu Yazid said those who renewed or paid their road tax between 1st April and 31st May this year, 2008 were eligible to claim the rebate anytime between Saturday and March 31 next year, 2009.
The rebates can be collected , just by bring along original identity card and fill up a simple form from the Post Office.
